Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out a list of acceptable and unacceptable conduct of users on Ignite Recognition & Rewards platform, website &/or mobile application (collectively the “Platform”), developed & operated by ‘GiftKarte Technologies (Pvt.) Limited’ (‘Giftkarte”).

If we believe a violation of the policy is deliberate, repeated or presents a credible risk of harm to other users, our Client, our Platform or any third parties, we may suspend or terminate your access.

We may revise/ update this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website, without any further notice. It is your responsibility to check on a regular basis to ensure that you are in agreement with it. Your continued use of the Platform will be taken as your consent to the changes that are made.  

Ignite may analyze information to protect the safety of users, prevent illegal activity and delete content that violates this policy. 

Do:

1∙ Comply with all User Terms of Service, including the terms of this Acceptable Use Policy

2∙ Comply with governmental regulations and applicable laws related to intellectual property, data privacy, and other such regulations.   

3∙ Maintain confidentiality of your log-in credentials including passwords.

4∙ Make sure that your personal information & data associated with your account on the Platform is correct, current and valid.

5∙ Notify us if you become aware of or reasonably suspect any unauthorized activity or access involving your account on the Platform.

Do Not:

1∙ Share, transfer or otherwise provide access to your account on the Platform to another person or share your log-in credentials at all.

2∙ Post, share or transmit any content that is malicious, defamatory, explicit, derogatory or disparaging against a particular person, religion, caste, creed or nationality

3∙ Post, share or transmit any content that may infringe upon or misappropriate someone else’s trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property.

4∙ Post, share or transmit any content that could potentially contain or redirects to a virus, worm, or other harmful component or a technology that unlawfully accesses or downloads content or information stored within the Platform.

5∙ Try to reverse engineer, decompile, hack, disable, interfere with, disassemble, modify, copy, translate, or disrupt the features, functionality, integrity, or performance of the Platform.

6∙ Try to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems.  

7∙ Violate publicity or privacy rights or defame others or place any advertisements.

8∙ Engage in activity that incites, supports, graphically describes, or encourages self-harm, violence, or hatred against individuals or groups, including violence against animals

9∙ Impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an employee of ours, an “Administrator”, an “Owner”, or any other Authorized User, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person, organization or entity

10∙ Use contact or other user information obtained from the Platform (including email addresses) to contact other users outside of the Platform without their express permission.
