Your Employer and/or you may provide certain Personal Data to us which is associated with your account with the Platform. The data required for your personal account setup collected includes your full name, email address, phone number, job role, department, company, date of joining and birthday & any other data that may be requested.
Additionally, we may also collect your IP address, Geo-location data, length of time spent on the Platform, device used, operating system etc. We also collect data relating to your activity on the Platform including but not limited to, your messages, likes, award of points & badges, redemption of points & other such usage.
The information posted on the public wall of the Platform will be accessible by all users within your organization.
2.2.2 Purpose / Use of Personal Data
We use non-personal aggregate data to determine usage & adoption of the Platform as well as to improve our services and features and to guide our future development.
We use Personal Data to communicate with you on changes in the Platform or any updates / revisions etc. We also use your Personal Data to identify you on the Platform and track your activity including your messages, points award, badges, likes, posts, redemptions etc., which may be shared with your Employer.

3. DATA RETENTION / UPDATE
Personal Data held in the Platform will be stored until you or your Employer initiate deletion / removal of your account on the Platform.
We will retain your Personal Data for maximum 30 days after deletion / removal of your account, after which the data will be permanently deleted. Your activity on the Platform, however, may remain for a longer period.
You may update your Personal Data by making corresponding changes within the Platform or you may alternatively send a request to your Employer with the information that you wish updated, added, or removed.
4. POLICY REVISION
We may revise/ update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website, without any prior notice. It is your responsibility to check our Privacy Policy on a regular basis to ensure that you are in agreement with it. Your continued use of the website &/or Platform will be taken as your consent to the changes that are made.
